Galaxy® Automated Test System The Galaxy Automated Test System is an easy-to-use, versatile and durable calibration and test system that uses the latest technology to provide simple, reliable performance in a design that withstands the harshest of environments.
The Galaxy Automated Test System works without the touch of a single button. Simply place the instrument in the test stand and the system performs the test automatically; no user intervention is required. The Galaxy System is completely standalone; it does not require a computer or network interface for any mode of operation.
The Galaxy Test System has versions available for the Solaris Multigas Detector, Orion Multigas Detector, Sirius Multigas Detector, ALTAIR Single-gas Detector and ALTAIR Pro Single-gas Detector.

Altair 4® QuickCheck® Station MSA’s new Altair 4 QuickCheck Station completes full bump and visual/audible alarm function testing in less than one minute, quickly and efficiently verifying instrument gas response and alarm functionality. Daily required preparation time for large Altair 4 Multigas Detector fleets is significantly trimmed. Keeps costs down with less up-front hardware expense and calibration gas.
This convenient test station checks the instrument’s visual and audible alarms, with test results displayed on the Alarm Test LED. The Altair 4 QuickCheck Station indicates results on the Gas Test LED; Pass/Fail LED denotes overall results. Altair 4 Multigas Detectors record time, date, and test results within built-in event logs up to 500 events.
